How to buy scrubs (the short version)

Three rules from the floor:

  1. Count the pockets before you fall for the fabric. Comfort means nothing if you can't carry your gear. Map where your pens, shears, phone, and badge go before you buy.
  2. Do the wash math. A $42 top that looks new after 50 washes beats a $20 top that pills after 10. Price per wear is the real price.
  3. Check the size chart, not your ego. Scrub sizing is inconsistent across brands. Measure once, exchange never.
